For the last decade, I’ve been committed to, oddly enough, commitment. The one that I made was to myself to become my Self — the best and happiest version of me that could ever exist.

Yoga vs. Yoga Therapy

Yoga comprises a wide range of mind-body practices, from movement and breathing exercises to deep relaxation and meditation.

Yoga Therapy tailors these to the health needs of the individual. It helps to promote all around positive health, as well as assisting particular medical conditions. The therapy is particularly appropriate for many chronic conditions that persist despite conventional medical treatment. The Yoga Therapist designation is attained by completing a rigorous 1,000-hour course of study through a program that meets the standards set forth by the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
