Do you find yourself feeling mentally and emotionally shackled to mediocrity, lukewarm (or outright dangerous) men? Fantasizing about that one that will make your entire life glowing and new and complete? Are you hooked on your person who — unfortunately — can’t be troubled to do so much as to respond to a text?

I’ve been there with you.

You and I

are going on a journey of radical transformation.

Are you ready? It’ll feel a little scary but I’ll be here to guide you.

For the last decade, I’ve been committed to, oddly enough, commitment. The one that I made was to myself to become my Self — the best and happiest version of me that could ever exist.

In the beginning, it takes a little bit of willingness, a desire to evolve and a bit of motivation… But I’ve been where you are so, if you and I are similar,

that ache in your heart

holds enough power to get you started.

That’s where I come in. I’ll bring some science, some magic, my yoga therapist toolkit replete with all of the best evidence-based practices from the Eastern and the Western worlds and the best damn attitude you’ve ever seen! Plus… I’ll know what you’ve been through. So I’m bringing the love too.

If you’re ready to feel better, to feel loved and to live a fulfilling life, it’s all right inside…

Yoga vs. Yoga Therapy

Yoga comprises a wide range of mind-body practices, from movement and breathing exercises to deep relaxation and meditation.

Yoga Therapy tailors these to the health needs of the individual. It helps to promote all around positive health, as well as assisting particular medical conditions. The therapy is particularly appropriate for many chronic conditions that persist despite conventional medical treatment. The Yoga Therapist designation is attained by completing a rigorous 1,000-hour course of study through a program that meets the standards set forth by the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

“I enjoyed my sessions with Jillian very much. I am constantly reminded of how useful yoga is to me and I am still doing what we learned together just about every day. As I continued it got easier and easier and I know it is benefitting me in many ways. Her gentle and non-judgmental approach made me less self-critical. Thank you so much! “

“Jillian Guinta is a gifted coach and I’m so grateful for the time she took with me.
My intention for our time together was to dislodge some stuck energy I’ve carried for decades regarding easily-triggered anxiety over my health/longevity.

I never expected the journey Jillian guided me through to involve assigning shape and color to my trapped energy! Today I wanted to try and capture what I envisioned during my session and I feel this comes very close. She helped me get some clarity that a general emotion of distrust (not truly being able to trust myself to care for myself in many situations) was the essence of this energy.

Thanks to our time together, I truly believe some decades-old energy has been broken down and has already begun to dissipate. And I have the awareness needed now to continue to lovingly release what may still remain.

I am eager for our next session together! Jillian, thank you SO much for this life-changing gift!”

“My sessions with Jillian were lovely and so helpful in moving me toward my goal of grounding into somatic embodiment as a permanent way of life. After each session, Jillian sent me a customized written plan including homework and guided meditations appropriate to the goals I was addressing, and she generously made herself available to me for help between sessions via ongoing text support.

One of the most impactful parts of our time together was the patient, competent way Jillian guided me through how to continue working with my body even through injury. It sucked a little at the time, but in hindsight, I’m so glad I had the experience of working with her through some rather painful musculoskeletal tweaks because it gave me a new perspective on how to work WITH my body rather than against it. Jillian coached me through how to be gentle with myself, not forcing progress, but not giving up completely either. This balance has been tricky for me in the past, and I’m very grateful for Jillian’s guidance in learning how to do better for myself. Thank you so much.”
